We divide the workforce into groups based on age and fitness and set specific objectives for each group in accordance with their needs. By the end of the program, these groups are jogging, running, and engaging in other forms of activity that are comfortable for them as they progress toward their fitness goals.

Companies occasionally ask for quarterly training where each participant is given a goal number of kilometres to travel in between 2-4 months. Each day, our team collects the data for each person. And this information is gathered and presented at the ending event, which is once more organised by our business to honour the participants’ accomplishments and to recognize their commitment to their objectives.

Trekking events are also scheduled for the various organizations and their plants that are stationed for employees to carry out their fitness goals in their particular places. Fitness objectives include physical activities like walking, running, and jogging as well as more adventurous pursuits like trekking, etc.

Videos about meditation, health, yoga and exercises are regularly put up in monthly training. Daily queries of the participants are taken up, and engagement is carried out in WhatsApp groups.
