Our team offers the finest coaching and mentoring program, which enables a candidate to push their limits and discover their true potential, which falls in line with our vision for our team. We often offer a live group session or a virtual session, as appropriate, to kick off a session. The effective communication skills of our team members are instrumental in delivering these sessions online with the same vigor and vitality as offline sessions.

The online trainings are project-based, dynamic, and objective-oriented. To make a tremendous improvement in the ideals, work culture, and mindset of the employees, a continuous training module is undoubtedly the most effective. After a passionate initiation, we provide the participants with “one-on-one” coaching and mentoring sessions based on the goals, objectives, and curriculum of the training. Each individual receives an hour and a half of personalized counseling from our team.

One group session is conducted at the end of the month. It is often divided into sub-groups depending on the size of the team. Their queries, learnings, and experiences are discussed in great detail by us. The same schedule goes on month by month to create dynamic growth in their approach to work and life. In the fourth month, the trainees are divided into four sub-groups and involved in the market survey and projects.

It is a crucial step, and they are introduced to the SWOT analysis of the company, which in turn leads us to discuss the challenges the company faces, and brainstorming is done on the presented challenges to inculcate critical thinking. The projects are always based on their area of expertise within the company, that is, plant members may focus on “waste management” and the marketing team may work on “brand value.”

The trainees also prepare a questionnaire, which is discussed the following month, when the sub-groups each receive three sessions and experience significant growth. It is based on experiential learning and a practical approach. The data generated by the team through the questionnaires forms the basis of our discussion. The data is analyzed and brainstormed upon, and the trainees are made aware of the impacts of key decisions taken by them. Finally, the management of the company witnessed the presentations by the team on the projects and the learning they had participated in on this journey.

Our training methodology is broadly divided into two categories:

• Sessions: Depending on the scope of the topics, they can last two hours, three hours, or even half a day.

• Coaching and mentoring: This is a type of change management. Any chosen topic like stress management, time management, etc. will be ingrained in the minds of the trainees through continuous sessions and later culminate in presentations and projects by the team.

In addition to this, we create a WhatsApp group for our members to connect, interact, and engage with us in a timely manner. They are presented with practice exercises and self-help videos, which are monitored by the management and regulated by our team. In the group, we use custom-made videos to help them make noticeable changes in their lives. We connect with them through social media sites like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn too. The videos are made only on the basis of the training they are undergoing to aid them in learning better.

The duration of our whole coaching and mentoring session goes on for 6–9 months. The online module saves a lot of revenue for the company while providing them with the same positive results. We do physically meet the teams once, either to kickstart the program or to conclude it. This meeting includes a plethora of outdoor and indoor activities for the team members to cater to their motivation, interest, and excitement. This is a very unique training methodology developed by our team, and the results achieved so far are more than our expectations, breaking the physical barriers and growing strong together in synergy.
