Our Programs

Methodology of the Programs

Motivational talk

Generally, we provide motivational talks for 2 hours. It's filled with a plethora of activities. It's a passionate and interactive talk followed by a Q&A (Questions and Answers) session for solving doubts and for introspection by the candidates.

Half Day Workshop

The timing of this workshop is 4 hours with a 1-hour tea break. There are two sessions of 1.5 hours each. In this workshop, we deliver content and engage the participants in various exercises like brainstorming, verbal, written, outdoor, and indoor activities. Based on the participants' fields, these exercises are carefully and intelligently designed to satisfy their demands.

Full Day workshop

We offer full-day workshops for a single day or two days in a row, depending on the needs of the members. In this enigmatic workshop, we provide valuable content and a PowerPoint presentation and engage the participants in interesting activities. We have developed and evolved a number of activities on team building, leadership, conflict resolution, stress management, and time management, which is the need of the hour.

Initially, we indulge them in the activity, and it is followed by a brainstorming session to check how a participant performed and what valuable insights they have gained from the activity. It is a crucial step in the process of learning. Then, the candidate is debriefed by the trainer to help them discover their potential and pave the way forward.

Our exercises usually take place in a banquet hall to allow team-building exercises to take place. If the weather permits, we conduct fun outdoor activities in which participants deploy their full vim and zest. It is a tremendous way to teach and learn in a fun and easy-to-learn way. In our 2-day session, we plan a fitness session in the morning where we take the participants into the bounty of nature through trekking, cycling, etc.

Brainpower emphasizes experiential learning through activities such as role playing, storytelling, writing, chart making, and others. The tasks are so designed to engage the participants fully while the coaches are there just to mentor and guide, and hence we keep up the ethos of "learning by doing."
