We are a company based in Chandigarh, India. Our wonderful journey of changing lives started in 2011. Our team at Brainpower has been actively working in schools and colleges and has had its fair share of corporate training experience. Our founder and director, Mrs. Anjali Singh, and our director and coach, Mr. Dilbagh Singh, have had the pleasure of working in a number of sectors, including corporate, theatre, schools, etc., and hence have an advantageous mix of experience.
One of our directors has vivid experience in economics and psychology, while another excels in theatre. Gradually, the company shaped up, and our relentless mission has always been to learn, to explore, and to stretch the limits. Our unwavering vision has been the growth and development of the people. Moving forward, we collaborated with fantastic companies such as R.M. Chemicals, Parijat Industries, Luminous Batteries, and others.

Our physical sessions evolved tremendously over time. We focused on content- and activity-based workshops, which were cheered on by the participants. This is because in experiential learning, the delivery of the content is equally important as the content. We include both outdoor and indoor activities followed by brainstorming and debriefing in our mentoring sessions. The commendable amalgamation of theatre experience in training led to role plays and fun-to-do activities.
With regard to the last two years, the company underwent a complete overhaul and transformation due to the pandemic, and nonetheless, we emerged victorious. We opened our online training portals to benefit the trainees in accordance with the "New Normal. "We became a "phygital" company, providing mentoring both physically and digitally. As of now, our team consists of 7 members, all of whom are proficient in their designated fields.

By late 2019, the world had encountered a serious pandemic due to the COVID outbreak, and gradually, our nation had undergone complete lockdown. While businesses and people suffered, we too took a big hit due to the closure of our physical sessions. But it was a moment of great learning for us as our company transformed dynamically and radically with a vision of the future. The society's general paradigm was that effective sessions could only be provided offline.
One brainstorming session of our team members and several coffees later, we shifted that paradigm and ushered in the digital age fully equipped to provide mentoring online with the same energy, passion, and effectiveness. We engaged the corporations in project-based, content-based experiential learning online with our faculty of excellent and effective communicators and changed the game.
Our journey has never been the same. The corporate houses are saving big money by avoiding the redundant travel of employees and trainers, and we are able to dynamically change people's lives from their comfort zones. One decisive shift has achieved better results, increased cost effectiveness, and added a technological edge to our humble beginnings. We are proud to have entered the "new normal," not by being normal but by being extraordinary in our approach.

Being a part of the Society it becomes our responsibility to serve it back in the best possible way. So, we are spreading awareness on given topics through various programs among the economically as well as socially weaker sections of our society. These awareness programs can be conducted within the work premises (also we conduct them as open forum in villages with the consent of the Panchayats) on the basis of the availability of the workforce to be addressed & consent of the organization.
